Even on a cold'n'cloudy day, you can find such beauties at the Petrin hill:
I bet it wasn't made purposely to look just as a Lego-castle, but quite like that, isn't it? :-)
Than there's the famous Karlúv most - aka. Charles bridge - being full of crowd daytime at any part of the year. But waking up early - and being lucky to have the hotel room not too far from - has its fruit:
Apart from a few people having an early walk - including some fellow photogs of course - its almost empty!
Fortunately, the local leaders are completely aware of the treasure in their hands, they use to have the amazing castle be well lit for the night:
...and when you visit a city enough times, you can get lucky also by the weather - getting a small gap between clouds just the right place, just the right time. This picture below was absolutely not planned, I was just roaming around at the small hill next to the hotel and the office building when the perfect opportunity came. Murphy was working early that day though: I had my 50mm lens on, while the subject at the distance... Well, at least I've chosen the bigger resolution at the time of buying my D60...
It is a crop from the big image, but still a nice moment I think:

Hopefully I'll go again soon - and with some little more luck can make such pictures than the above ones!
