Well, not the first ever - used to have one of those use-few-times-than-keep-on-shelf bread maker machines years ago, but this is the first leavened bread, all home made, no machines but the oven involved.
Instead of the 2-3 hours machine-made-breads, baking this beauty took less than an hour only.
Recipe taken from one of Jamie Oliver's book, hence the title.
