Paris is always a good idea!

...Sabrina was right! Been there already three times but the city of lights really never gets old...




Remember the first time back in 2007 - with the old Coolpix cam - struggling sometimes (especially at night with the pocket-sized small tripod. It had one big advantage: being tiny and lightweight it took no effort to be with us all the time. Otherwise, it was just funny trying to make a good decent shot with :-)
Anyway, finally I managed to do some which at least I was satisfied with, but was keen on getting the opportunity to try myself out with better equipment: the other two occasions were indeed more successful on a photog-aspect (too).

Once been in Paris, of course visited Versailles - was lucky enough to take shot of the famous Mirror Room being (almost) empty but not under constructions.

...and got a little taste of the feeling they call ' c'est la vie ' too :-D
